Usage

A simple subscription, plus a few meters you can see

Some things cost money every time they happen — an AI model answering a customer, a bank transfer to your supplier. Rather than hide that in a higher price for everyone, we charge for it when you use it, at these rates.

AI credits

For AI replies in ButterCX, Ask Mastermind, AI page edits and reading supplier invoices. AI models are paid per use, so heavy AI users pay for what they use and light users don’t.

Every product includes 500 AI credits per outlet each month (2,000 on the Butter Suite).

Approximate: longer conversations and bigger pages use more. Unused credits don’t roll over.

ButterStore orders

A flat fee per order that actually completes — never a percentage of the order, so a big order costs the same as a small one. Cancelled orders are free.

Pricing questions

Do you charge per device or per staff member?

No. ButterPOS is priced per outlet with unlimited tills, customer displays and staff. Other products are priced per outlet, brand, company or site — never per seat.

Why are there usage fees at all?

Online orders, bill payments and AI each cost money every time they happen. Metering them keeps the subscription low for businesses that use them lightly — and the rates are fixed and on this page.

What is an AI credit?

A unit of AI work. A reply in ButterCX uses about 1 credit, an Ask Mastermind question about 5, an AI page edit about 20. Every product includes 500 credits per outlet each month (2,000 on the Suite); after that, 1,000 credits cost Rp 100,000.

How does ButterSite pricing work?

A one-time build from Rp 5,000,000 per site — the first version is ready in one business day — then Rp 299,000 a month per site for hosting and updates. AI edits you make yourself use AI credits.

What about QRIS, virtual account and card fees?

Payment processing follows the payment gateway’s rates and we show them to you before you go live. Butter never takes a percentage of your sales.

Can I start with one product and add more later?

Yes. Every product shares the same data, so a new one is live immediately with no migration. If you end up using most of them, we move you to the Suite price.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly billing can be cancelled any time. Annual billing is paid upfront and you get 2 months free.

Is hardware included?

No. Butter runs on iPad and Android tablets (including iMin terminals) with Epson network printers, and our team can help you source them.

Can I try it first?

We start with a demo using your own menu. After that we can set up a pilot at one outlet before you switch over fully.
