Common questions

Do I have to use every Butter product?

No. Many businesses start with ButterPOS and add the online store, the WhatsApp inbox or ButterPay later. Because everything shares the same data, adding a product needs no migration or new integration.

How long does it take to switch to Butter?

Your menu can be imported from a PDF or spreadsheet with AI, and our team helps set up devices, printers and payments. The exact timeline depends on how many outlets you run — we’ll go through it in the demo.

What hardware do I need?

ButterPOS runs on iPad and Android tablets (including iMin terminals) with Epson network printers. The Manager app runs on iOS and Android.

Is the AI safe for my data?

Butter’s AI only reads your company’s data, shows its work (Ask Mastermind shows the queries it ran, for example), and your team can take over any customer conversation at any time.

Can I use Butter outside Bali?

Yes. Butter is built in Bali, but its payments, couriers and delivery-app integrations work across Indonesia.
